WE, CURT, HAYGOOD, LARRY L. McIVER and SIDNEY KLINE,
being all of the partners, limited and qeneral of that
certain Limited Partnership known as L. C. S. GROVES,
LIMITED, do hereby certify:
1. Said Limited Partnership previously existing
between the parties under the laws of the State of Florida
has been dissolved effective the 20th day of September,

2. At the time of such dissolution, the name and
