THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me on this 17th day
of September, 1975, upon Complaint, Default, and Affidavits
as to costs and reasonable attorney's fees being filed herein,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereunon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that a judgment be and the samz is
hereby entered against HOLDER & RYAI1 SOD CO., INC., a Florida
corporation, and DENNIS C. HOLDER, JR. and 2~fARTHA S. HOLDER, his
wife, Defendants, in the amount of $5,752.21, plus $ 173.65 ~
