the promissory note of even date herewith. hereinafter described. the Mortaagor does srant. bu~ain. sell, alien,
remise, release. and convey and confirm unto the Mortaagee. in fee simple. all ot that certain trset of laad of wbich
the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situate in~County, Florida, described
as rollows: St. Lucie
Lots 12, 13, 14 and the East 1/2 of Lot 15, Block 5,
WIII~IARED SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof ~
as recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page 31, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie Couatq, Florida; together
with the improvements thereon and all furniture,
fixtures and equipment contained therein, replacements
thereof and additions thereto.
This is a corrective mortgage given for the purpose of correcting that
certain mortgage from DECIL COTTON, an unmarried woman, to NATHAN GITTLEMAN
and NANCY GITTLEMLN, his wife, dated August 28th,1975, bearing clerk's
file No.316628 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
to show correct spelling on mortgagee's last name as NANCY GITTLEM~iN
and N0~ NANCY GITTLEI~N.
Florida documentary stamps are attached to the original mortgage and
! canceled. Intangible tax has been paid.

convey said land in fae simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mortgagee at afl times peaceably and ~
quietly to enter upon. hold. occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all encumbrances except as •
may be herein described: that the Mortgagor will make such further assuran~es to pec[ect the fee simple title to
