TO THE PUBLIC:
NOTICE is hereby given that AMERICAN FIDELITY FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY
has heretofore revoked, withdrawn and rendered null and void any and all ~
power of attorney heretofore granted by it to DAWN E. BELVILLE, or JAMES A.
EVANS, or CHARLES N. SCHATZMAN, JR., or any of them, which said powers of
attorney constituted them as attorneys-in-fact with power and authority to
sign, execute, acknowledge and deliver any surety bonds or similar instru-
ments on behalf of AMERICAN FIDELITY FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY, and does hereby
disclaim any and all liability or responsibility incident to or on any and -
all bonds of record in the State of Florida heretofore or hereaft~: placed
of record signed, executed, acknowledged or delivered by the parties afore-
said, or any of them.
AMERICAN FIDELITY FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY further gives notice hereby
that MORTON S. HULSE, is not an authorized agent of this company and further
states that H. & S. INC. a Pennsylvania Corporation, is not authorized to
conduct any business or act as agent for AMERICAN FIDELI~TY FIRE INSURANCE
COMPANY in the State of Florida. ~
