ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that plaintiff, DUANE W. HUCK, recover
from the defendant, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, the sum of Forty Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Four
Dollars and Four Cents ($40,274.04), with his costs in the sum
of Three Hundred Eighty-Seven Dollars and Five Cents ($387.05), for ,
which let execution issue.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in the event the
defendant, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation,
elects to appeal this ~udgment that a supersedeas be and the same
is hereby granted upon the defend ant-appellant posting a good and
sufficient supersedeas bond in the sum of Forty-three Thousand
($43,000.00) Dollars, and conditioned as provided by law, and this
~cause is stayed pending the determination on appeal.
