This cause having come on before the Court on the motions
to dismiss by Defendants, LUCILLE V. COSTA, INC., and FIDELITY
& DEPOSIT CO. OF MARYLAND, and the Court having received argu-
ment of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises it is;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1, The complaint is dismissed.
2. Plaintiff shall have twenty (20~ days from the date
hereof within which to file and serve an amended complaint,
and Defendants shall. have twenty (20) days after service of
the amended complaint within which to respond.
