REPORT OF SALE
Come now the Commissioners heretofore appointed in
this cause, EMORY C. TEEL, III, DAVID B. DOUGLASS, and
NATHAN MARTIN, and report to the Court that pursuant to the
Order of Sale entered in this cause on June 16, 1975, directing
them to advertise and sell the property therein described,
that they gave notice of the time and place of the sale of
said property by publishing notice thereof in the Fort Pierce
News lribune, a paper published daily in St. Lucie County,
Florida, more than seven days before said sale, and that notice
of said sale was given to all parties in this cause;
Said Commissioners do further report that on the
16th day of September, 1975, pursuant to the aforesaid Order
of Sale, they did offer for sale at public auction at the East
front door of the Courthouse in St. Lucie County, Florida, all
of the property described therein and sold the same to the
Plaintiff, ROBERT P. DIMMETT, for a total sale price of
$~0,100; the purchaser being the the highest bidder for said
property and said siun of money being the highest sum bid
therefor, and the money, after giving said Plaintiff credit
for his interest in saic3 property, having been received from
said sale and has been deposited by said Commissioners.
