WHEREAS, Grantors are the owners of the following described ~,°1

Page 56, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida

Township 35 South, Range 39 East, excepting therefrom

WHEREAS, the proper~ of Grantee is situate between and adjacent
to the property of grantor hereinabove described; and
WHEREAS, the Grantee is desirous of obtaina.ng an easement across
the property of Grantoxs, in order to have access from his property on
the South of Grantor's prope rty to his property on the North of Grantor's
prope rty .

Grantors herein, SAM D. MAUNEY and MARIE M. MAUNEY, his wife
Eor and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other
good and valuable considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowl-
edged, from A. WALLACE MOORE, JR., as Grantee herein by these presents
do hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, convey and confirm unto
said A. WALLACE MOORE, JR., a perpetual easement for ingress and egress
over and across the following described property situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:

recorded in PZat Book 4, Page 56, Public Records of St.
