O R D E R '

THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on September 22,
1975, on all pending.motions before the Court in the above-
styled cause, and having heard argument of counsel as well as
having otherwise been fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's motion to amend
-her Complaint is hereby granted, that Plaintiff sha12 have
twenty (20) days from the date of this Order within which to
amend her Complaint, and that a11~Defendant~ shall then have
twenty i20) days thereafter within which to file responsive
pleadings.
IT ZS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED in accordance with ~

an agreement reached by all parties that ruling is hereby
reserved on all other outstanding motions until a later date,
including~Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, Motion to Sever, '
and Motion for Change of Venue. A final ruling will be
rendered on these matters at such time as any party shall ~
subsequently re-notice same for hearing in.the future.
