~ FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 24th day of September, A. D., 1975,
and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND AaJUDGED as follows:
1. DZSSOLUTI013 OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between WILLIAM LARRY STARNES and
,9ATTIE JANE STARNES be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them
are hereby forever fr~ed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom. ~
2. PIbOPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby
~ incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions
~ thereof.

! 3. SUPPORT: Co~encing the 26th day of September, A. D., 1975, WILLIAM LARRY
STARNES shall pay to MATTIE JANE STARNES the sum of $25.00 each and every week, for the
~ support of the child named, WILLIAM LARRY STARNES, JR. '
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by hiua remitted
promptly to MATTIE JANE STARNES. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as
statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advisec~ of their mailing and residence addresses at
all times while this order is in effect.
