more particularly descrtbed;-as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated Octo6er 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in,Polk County, Florida, which
Modificatlon of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie -
County, florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St. •
- lucte County, Florida; and -
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of Amertca has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter descrtbed, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of satd _
