~ PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNQN ALL MEN BY THESE~PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY 6ANK, a national banking associa- ~
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts 6usiness Trust, securing .
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein i
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of ~
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of =1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc1e
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
~ ~ City Bank to release the property her~inafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the iien and operation of said
mortgage;
~NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of :

dces remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
' successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:

of America at Nettles Island~, according to plat

; TO HAVE ANO TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the

, and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,

alter ar diminish the effect, lien or encunbrartce oF the aforesaid
