PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~ ~

WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CItY SANK, a national banking associa- ~
tlon organtzed under the laws of the United Stat~s of America, is ~
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages ~
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: ~
_ A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October, i
1974, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massacfiusetts 6usiness 7rust, securing :
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page `
2405, et seq., Publ~c Records of St. Lucte County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which ~
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
6ook 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and .
WHEREAS, Outdoor.Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release tt~e property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premi ses , fram the 1 i en and operati on of sai d
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
