WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-

now the own~r and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 1~4th day of October, ~

Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie ,
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record 6ook 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
. Lucie County, Florida; and ~
MHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National ~
City Sank to release the property hereinafter described, being a ~
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said ~
