PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNON ALL MEN 6Y TNESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
- and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th da~y of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Recbrds of St. lucie ~ounty, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularty described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional_principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida,~which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and '
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
; - City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premi ses , fram the 1 i en and operati on of sai d
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideratlon of

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fran the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its .
