~ PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa- ~
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of t~e fofi~o~ing mortgages
, and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, ezecuted the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental ~
Mortgage Irtvestors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing ;
55,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page '
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein #
more particularly described; as amended by Mod9fication of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional prlncipal indebtedness o~ s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering o~her lands in Polk County, Florida, which ~
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of 'said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, first National City Bank, in consideration of ;
