PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
~ WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
. now ti~e owner and i~older by assignrr~nt of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of~America, Inc. to Continental ~
. Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, s~curing
~5,100,000.Q0 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ;
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encur~ bering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which

Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded

Lucie County, Florida; and -
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
k City Ba~k to release the property hereinafter described, being a
! part of the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of said ~
mortgage;
