O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard on September 23, 1975 on
those portions of the Wife's Petition seeking temporary relief
for alimony, custody of the minor children, support for the
~ minor children, attorney's fees and costs, and the Court having
k
~ heard testimony of the respective parties and being fully advised
in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Custody of Ronald Tissue, Jeffrey Tissue, Brian
Tissue and Lorie Tissue, children of the parties, is hereby awarded
to the Wife, WANDA J. TISSUE, with reasonable visitation rights , ;

reserved to the Husband, LARRY RAY TISSUE. ~ t
2. Commencing September 26, 1975 LARRY RAY TISSUE shall
pay to WANDA J. TISSUE the sum of $60 each and every week for the '
support of the children named above. ~ ~

Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this i
i
Court and by him remitted promptly to WANDA J. TISSUE. In addition
f
' there is hereby assessed the sum of $1 as statutory costs to be i
i

added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 paymen~s shall be r

made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties ~
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing ;
and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect. ;
