ORDER ON CUSTODY OF CHI~,D
This cause came on to be heard on September 19, 1975 on
~ the portion of the Husband's Petition filed herein seeking the
temporary custody of the minor child, issue pf the marriage of
~ , the parties hereto, and the Court having heard testimony of the
parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
~ 1. The temporary care of REBECCA LYNN LUKE-, minor
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to PAMELA LYNN LUKE, with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to JOSEPH ANDREW LUKE.
2. Commencing Saturday, September 27, 1975 the Husband,
JOSEPH ANDREW LUKE, shall be entitled to have the minor child with
him, away from the residence of the Wife, on.Saturday of each week
fromrine a.m. until six p.m., until further order of this Court. ~

~ 3. Jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties hereto

! is retained by this Court for such further orders as may be proper.
