O R D E R
• This cause came on to be heard on September 22, 1975 on
the Wife's Motion for Order of Contempt and the Court having
heard testimvny of the respective parties and being fully advised
in the premises, finds: -
A. After service upon him of the Motion for Order of
Contempt, the Husband paid in full the alimony and child support
and there is no arrearage in alimony or child support as of
September 19, 1975. -
B. The Husband has failed to pay to the Wi£e, pursuant
to the terms of the Final Judgment herein, the following sums:
expenses incurred by the Wife at Indian
River Community College for the summer
session and the fall semester totaling $ 374.32

and the bill due Florida Cablevision in the amount of $13.52 are in
dispute as to the date they were incurred; that the Wife shall
furnish to the Husband accurate information as to such date and in

the event either or both were incurred prior to May 2, 1975 the ;

Wife is entitled to payment therefor by the Husband.
