1. The Husband shall forthwith pay to the Wife the
sum of $638.31 as reimbursement for the costs paid by the Wife
to the Indian River Community College for the summer session
and the fall semester, and for the bills outstanding as of May
2, 1975 hereinabove set out in paragraph B. -
2. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of 537.05
due Alma Lee's Childrens Shop and the sum of $13.52 due Florida
Cablevision provided proof is submitted that the bills, or either
of them, were incurred prior to May 2, 1975.
_ 3. The Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $1,500
for her interest in the jointly ~wned Atlantic Gulf Stream Insurance
i Company stock upon presentation to him by the Wife of a lost stock
certificate instrument sufficient to transfer her interest therein
to the Husband.
4. The Wife shall forthwith execute a Quit Claim Deed
conveying to the Husband all of her interest in the lands described
above in paragraph E, as required by the Final Judgment herein.
5. The Husband shall forthwith execute a Warranty Deed
conveying to the Wife all of his interest in the lands described
above in paragraph F, as set out in the Final Judgment herein. !
6. The Husband shall forthwith deliver to the Wife the
title certificate to the 1972 Pontiac automobile, togethe~r with 4

i the executed powers of attorney necessary to transfer title to said
; motor vehicle from the Husband to the Wife. x

7. Upon presentation by the Wife to the Husband of a
~ letter wherein he relinquishes his rights to the family m~vie films
and woven basket, he shall forthwith deliver to the Wife the sai3
movie films and basket in his possession. ,

8. Commencing October 1, 1975 and on the first day of ~
~
each month thereafter the Husband shall pay to the Wife the alimony ~
