ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation existing under the laws of Ihe United States of America, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee, which term as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee`s successors, lega) representa-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinaNer described, the Mongagor dces grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and co~firm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described
real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, and in actual possession, situate in the Couny of
St. Lucie , State of Florida, to-wit:
Lots 32 and 33, of Block J, MARAVILLA ESTATE5, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 8, at page 77 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

~ TOGETHER with a11 structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
the~eto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits actruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are included
within the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating,
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, applianoes, fixtures
` and appurtenances, which now or may hereafier pertain te or be used with, in or on s~id premises, even though they
~ may be detached or detachable.

e gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at anyT~me within twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be- '
~ iore full payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with inte?est, shall be secured by this mortgage and shafl be evidenced by an add~tional note then
; unpa~d, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or increase from time
~ to rime, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one time shall not exceed rhe maximum principal sum of
