mainten~ce ~d upkeep hereby authorize cmd give my (our) consent to the following:
l. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRPORAI'ION, its sucoessors or assigns, shall notify
the undersigned in writing at the address indioated below (or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned hom time to time) that the said premises are not in a reasonable state of
appearcmee cmd repair consistent with the general appearance ~d stQte oi repair of other properties
within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned aqrees to accomplish ihe required repairs, maintenance.

~ 2. Ii the undersigned shall fcdl or refuse to accomplish the required repairs or maintenance,

signed aqrees to make pa1 ment thereot within 10 days atter demand. Provided, however, that dem~d
~ ior payment shall not exceed actuat costs or expenses incurred_
4. ln the event that the undersigned shall iail or refuse to make payment o{ the actual eosts or
expen~es in~urred, ihen, and in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOFMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
ce~~so:s or assigr.s, may undertal~e eollection of ihe sum which the undersigried is obligated to pay ~
