within ihe immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance,

ihe necess~y work. Provided, however, thai such work shall be limited to lawn cmd yard maintenance

fhe bnilding or buildings, situated on the premises in order io prevent an unsightly or unsafe condition.
! 3. As to ~y costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-

~ signed agrees to make pa}•ment thereo! within 10 days aiter demand. Provided, however, that demand
j lor payment shall not exceed actual eosts or expenses incurred.
4_ In ihe event that ihe undersigned shall fail or retuse to make puyment o! the aclual costs or :
exper.ses in~urred, then, and in thcrt event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
ceasors or assigns, may undertake eollection of the sum which the undersianed is obligated to pay
he: eunder, toget}ier with all costs ot collection including a reasonable attorney's fee. GENERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION may, in addition to other remedies prescribed by Florida law, give -
