DISTRICT, a body corporate, created by the Acts of the Florida ~
Legislature of 1949, with its principal office at 901 Evernia
Street, and whose mailing address is Post Office Box V, West
Palm Beach, of the County of Palm Beach, in the State of
Florida, party of the first part, and the STATE OF FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, a component State agency of the
State of Florida, party of the second part;

That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), and other
valuable considerations in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
remised, released and quitclaimed unto the said party of the

right, title, lien, equity, interest, claim and demand, subject
to conditions hereinafter specified, which the said party of the
