upon being first duly sworn d'id depose and say as follows:
That he is the son of John M. Highberger who died a resident ~

death of said John M. Highberger, he owned the following described
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 17, Block 164, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE, {
UNIT NINE, according to the Plat thereof ~
recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 27 and 27A, ~
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
That the said John Highberger who owned the above described property,
~ and the said John M. Highberger Who died on August 20, 1973 was one
and the same person, that person being the father of your affiant.
