THIS CAUSE coming on for trial before the Court on Plaintiff's .
Amended Complaint and Defendant's Answer, defenses and Countercl.aim and
the parties being repres~nted and evidence beiag presented to the Court
and the Court being fully advised the Court finds as follows: .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Defendant, ROBERTA T. MISSIMER is the owner of
the following described real property, to-wit: Lying and being in St. Lucie
County :
Begin at the intersection of the East Right-of-Way line
of South 39th Street (50 feet wide) and the North Riqht-of-way
~ line of Harvey Avenue (50 feet wide) wbich point is 25 feet
- East and 25 feet North of the Southwest Corner of the NE 1/4
~ of the A1W 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 20, Township 35 South,
~ Range 40 East, From said point run North, along the East Right-
~ of-Way line of South 39th Street, 208.90 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence continuing North, along the $ast Right-of-
Way line of South 39th Street i04.46 feet; thence East 140 feet;
thence South 104.45 feet; thence West 140 feet to the Point ;
of Beginning; said parcel is the same as Lots S and 6 of a certain
unrecorded plat of the NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 20, Township
35 South, Range 40 East.
2. That Plaintiff and Defendant entered into an Agreement
providing for imp~ements for the above described property, under which
Plaintiff claimed improvements for labor, materials of 15,876.92; that the
Court reduees this sum by the sum of $573.27, resulting ~
a~prior adjudication
