3. That the Court further finds by way of set-off that
Defendant is entitled to a further reduction against Plaintiff's claim of
55,303.65_resu2ting in an over-statement and-partial failure of workmanship
in Plaintiff's services, resultinq in the sum of $10,000.00 found to be due
from Defendant to Plaintiff under the contract.
4. That the Plaintiff has complied with the prerequisite
necessary to perfect his claim of lien which lien was filed on October 29, 1974.
5. That a reasonable fee for the services rendered by the
attorney for the Plaintiff is the sum of $1,000.00.
WHEREFORE, the Court Orders as follows:
(a) That the Plaintiff has a good, valid, and subsisting
lien on the aforemerttioned real property.
(b) That there is due to the Plaintiff the following sums:
