above itemized sums aqainst property described in Paragraph 1, Page 1. The
lien of the Plaintiff isyprior, paramount, and superior to all rights, claims,
liens, interests, encumbrances, and equities of the Defendants and all persons,
firms, or corporations claiming by, through or under the Defendants or any of ~
them and tha property will be sold free and clear of any claims of the
Defendants, but wilz be sold subject to a mortgage held by SECURITY FEDERAL
SAVINGS AhD LOAN ASSOCIATION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, dated April 30, 1974,
as is recorded in O. R. Book 226, Page 2611, Public Records~of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
(d) Unless the Defendant, within ten (10) days from the
entry of this Order, shall pay the Plaintiff or his attorney the swn
specified above, and any other costs of this suit as mentioned in that
paragraph, the Clerk of the Court, after publication of,notice as-required
by Florida Statutes, is directed to sell the property as described above
to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at the East front
door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierces Florida, free and
clear and discharges of any and all claims, lipns, encumbrances, rights,
equities, and interests of the Defendant, and all persons, firms or corp-
orations claiming by, through, or under the Defendant, except subject to a
prior mortgage held by SECURITY FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF INDIAN
RZVER COUNTY, filed April 30, 1974, as is recorded in O. R. Book 226, Page
2611, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The sale is to be held at
11:00 A: M. , on the~day of ~C~d6~~ , A. D. , 1975, all as -
provided for by Florida Statutes.
(e) That out of the proceeds arising from the sale of the
property by this decree ordered to be soZd, the Clerk shall retain his fee
and shall pay to the attorney for the Plaintiff the attorney's fee allowed
in this decree; that out of the remainder of the proceeds as far as they
shall ap}~ly,, there shall be paid to the Plaintiff the sums above provided,
together with costs of this suit advanced by the Plaintiff, and that if the
property shall sell for more than enough to pay the Plaintiff the above
mentioned sum with interest, the Clerk shall report the surplus to this Court
