NOTICE OF SALE IN FORECLOSURE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Mechanic's
Lien, dated September 26. 1975, and entered in Circuit Court of the Nineteenth
Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein
RES-COM, TNC., a Florida corporation is the Plaintiff, and ROBERTA MISSIMER,
d/b/a MONTESSORI SCHOOLS, is Defendant, and the unders~gned will sell to the
highest and best bidder, for cash, at the East front door of the St. Lucie
County, eourthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida within the legal hou~s of sale, at
Z1:Q0 A. M., o'clock, on the 17th day of October, A. D., 1975, the following
described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mechanic's Li~n
Foreclosure, to-wit:
Begin at the intersection of the East Right-of-Way line -
of South 39th Street (50 feet wide) and the North Right-
of-way line of Harvey Avenue (50 €eet wide) which point is
• 25 feet East and 25 feet North of the Southwest Corner
of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 20,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, From said point run
North, along the East Right-of-Way line of South 39th
Street, 20$.90 feet to the Point of Beqinning; thence con-
tinuing North, along the East Right-of-Way line of South
39th Street 1Q4.46 feet; thence East 140 feet; thence South 104.45
feet; thence West 140 feet to the Point of Beginning; said parcel
i:s the same as Lots 5 and 6 of a certain unrecorded plat of
the NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 20, Township 35 South, Range
40 East.
