6. That the Court is without suthority to grant the relief ~

requested by the Wife concerning visitation. ~
~ 7. That this hesring was occasioned by the 8usband's failure~
to make payments, and that the Wife is entitled to~have the costs '
' and a reasonable fee for her attorney paid by the Husband. ~

WHEREFORE, it is j

ORDERED that the Husband is to continue makinq child support ;

. payments in the amount of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) on the first and;
' fifteenth of each and every month, pursuant to the Order entered

by this Court on October 2, 1974. It is further }

; ORDERED that the Husband is in contempt of this Court for t
failing to make payments on the arrearages as ordered by this ;

Court on October 2, 1974. The Husband may purge himself of this

contempt by hereafter paying the arrearage of $2,239.50 at the ~
i
. ~
rate of $25.00 semi-monthly. These payments are to be in additionj
}
to the regular $30.00 on the lst and 15th of each month for child ~
_ ~

support payments, making a total payment of $55.00, plus the $1.00~
Clerk's fee. When the arrearage has been paid in full, the semi- ~
monthly payments shall be reduced to $30.00. If the Husband does ~
~
not purge himself of his contempt as provided above, upon Motion '

' for imposition of $entenc~ filed by the Wife, the Husband shall be`

~ ;
sentenced to serve ten (10) days in the County Jail. It is furthe~
ORDERED that the Husband pay to the Wife the sum of $350.00
;
as the amount due to the Wife as her share of proceeds of the sale;
of certain real property made prior to the dissolution of marriagei
of the couple, as well as $21.50 as the Husband's share of the ;
i
costs of said proceedings, for a total payment of $371.50. Said ;
amount shall be added to the arrearages presently owed. It is

~ ORDERED that the Husband shall pay to the Wife's attorney, ~
~ One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), representing a reasonable fee for
~
~ : his services rendered, as well as $27.50 for costs incurred in this
i
~ proceeding.
