FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 26th day of September,
1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
' evidence~ finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
~ the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exist~~ between the parties; and that the
i marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED A~iD ADJUDGED as follows:
; 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE, The marriage between
EZRA MONTAYNE MARSHALL and MARY JANE MARSNALL be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
i
them and from the obligations arising therefram.
' 2. ALIMONY, EZRA MONTAYNE MARSHALL shall pay to MARY
JANE MARSHALL rehabilitative alimony in the total sum of $2,600,00
bp paying said MARY JANE MARSHALL the sum of $100.00 per week commenc- _
ing the day of^ , 1975, and continuing thereafter
each and every week for a total of 26 weeks until the said sum of -
$2~,600.00 is paid in fu11,
3. ATTORNEY'S FEES ANJ COSTS, The Court det~e~mines the
sum of $750.00 to be a reasonable fee for the Wife's attorney for
his services herein and EZRA MONTAYNE MARSHALL is ordered to pay said
attorney said sum, together with the costs incurred in bringing this
