partfes are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailinq and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.

incorporated herein by.reference and the pnrties are ordered to comply With the provisions
thereof.
5. RSSTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from interferinq with, harassinq or annoyinq, the other.
6. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained
for the entry of such further orders as a?ay be proper.
