SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF TAX LIEN

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: ~ ~

WHEREAS, the undexsigned on or about Jtme 6, 19 ?5
issued a warrant against Isaiah Lucas. d/b/a Christie's Rooming :
House, 3103 Avenue "I", Ft. Pierce~ Florida
for the collection of delinquent taxes levied pursuant tn Chagter
212, Florida Statutes, wfiich warrant was duly recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, on June 9, 1975 , in OR
Book 240 , at Page 1038 ; and
WHEREAS said delinquent tax has been paid in full and the
tax lien created by the recording of the said tax warrant, satis-
fied in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESS that the said delinquent tax having
been paid in full and the tax lien therefore satisfied, I hereby,
pursuant to Section 212.15(3), Florida Statutes, satisfy said
lien of record and direct that the Clerk of the Circuit Court note
on the record of the said tax warrant the filing of this satis-
faction with him.
