Before me, the under~iqned authority, personally appeared
RICHARD`W. WASSERMAN, who after being duly sworn, deposes on _
oath and says: _
1. My name is RICHARD W. WASSERMAN and I am a practicinq
attorney with offices located at 420 Lincoln Road, Suite 403,
Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida. "
2. I am the attorney who represented ALAN BUCCHINO,
FRANR BUCCHINO and RICHARD BUCCHINO in their sale of certain
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to G.G.S.
CORPORATTON.
3. As part of that transaction, I became aware of the
existence of powers of attorney given to ALAN BUCCAINO by his
brother, RICHARD BUCCHINO, and his father, FRANR BUCCHINO.
4. I know of my own knowledge that his father, FRANR
BUCCHINO, executed his power of attorney on Friday, June 13, 1975,
in my presence. I also know of my own knowledge of the fact of
the execution of the other power of attorney by his brother,

RICHARD BUCCHINO.
5. I know of my own knowledge that his father, FRANR
BUCCHINO, and his brother, RICHARD BUCCHINO, were both alive and
under no physical or mental disability on the date of the closing, ~
June 16, 1975, and that to the best of my knowledqe and belief,
the powers of attorney in question have not been revoked, rescinded
or in any way cancelled.
6. I make this affidavit at the request of the attorney
representing the purchaser of the property, G.G.S. CORPORATION,
in connection therewith. ' f
