signed by the Mortgagor, or intended so to be, unto the Mortgagee, in fee simpla # ;

convey said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mort6agee at all times pesceably and j
quietly to enter upon. hold. occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all encumbrances except as ~
may be herein described; that the Mort~a=or will make such further assurances to perfect the tee simple title w
said land in the Mort~agee as may teasonably be required; and that the Mort~agor hereby fully watrants the title
to said land and will defend the same against the Iawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
