of the County of Martin , State of Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, which term as used in every
instante shall intlude the Mortgagor's heirs, executors, successors, legal representatives, and assigns, including all sub-
seque~t grantees, either voluntarily by act of the parties, or i~voluntarily by operation of law and shall denote the
singulsr and/or plural, and the masculine and/or feminine and the natural and/or artificial persons, whenever and
wherever the context so ~equires or admits, as pariies of the first part, and COMMUNITY FE~ERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation existing under the (aws of the United States of America, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee, which term as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's successors, legal represents-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second parL
WITNESSETH, That for divers good a~d valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregste
sum of mo~ey named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafier described, the Mortgagor does gront,
bargain, sell, aiien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the folbwing described
real estats, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, and in sctual possession, situate in the County of
St. Lucie , State of Flo~ida, to-wit: .
Lot 3, Block 285, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION ONE, a Subdivision
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in PZat Book 11, at page
~ 53, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all struttures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
thereto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits aaruing and to accrue from said premixs all of which a~e included
within the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating,
cooking, refrigerating, (ighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixfures
and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they
may be detached or detachable.
IT IS ~AUTUALLY COVEPiANTED AND AGREED by and between the parties hereto that upon request of the Mort-
gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at anytime within twenty (20} years from the date hereof and be-
fore full payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an add~tio~al note then
unpaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or increase from time
to time, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one time shall not exceed the maximum pri~icipal sum of
3__~~QQQ~_QD together with interest thereon and any and all disbursements made by the Mortgagee for the
payment of taxes, levies, or insurance on the property aovered by the lien of this mort~age with interest on such disburse-
ments at the rote specified in the note referred to in this mortgage, and for reasonable attorney's fees and court costs
incurred in the collection of any or all of such sums of money.
