. O R D E R
• This matter coming on to be heard on~the Wife's Motion
for Order of Contempt, and both parties being present, upon con-
sideration, the Court finds that the Husband has failed to make
the payments as alleged. It is, therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband is in contempt of this Court for
failure to pay the medical bills and attorneys' fees in accordance
with the Order of this Court dated September 30, 1974.
2. That the Husband may purge himself by paying the sum
of $5.00 per week on the balance due on attorneys' fees of $125.00
plus $15.00 in costs to the law firm of Bryan, Koblegard & Brown,
and by paying the sum of $10.00 per week to the Fort Pierce Memorial
Hospital until the sum due in the amount of $355.00 has been paid.
