~f THIS IS A CORRECTIVE DEED to correct the certain error described
as follows:
On June 15, 1965 L.B. Fletcher and Ethel Fletcher, his wife execute
! ~ a warranty deed to Gary L. Merritt and Judith F. Merritt, his wife.
; This deed is recorded in O.R.Book 121, at page 287 of the public
{ records of St. Lucie County, Florida and an error was made in the
description in this deed, in that all parties intended the descrip-
~ tion to read; the east 110 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, of WILLIAMS
t ADDITION, etc., when in fact the designation Lot 1 was omitted
from this deed. A mortgage dated June 15, 1965 and recorded in O.R
Book 121, at page 288 was subsequently issued by the Merritts to
L.B. Fletcher. This deed also omitted the designation Lot 1 from
~ the legal description and said legal description was in error. On
November 30, 1965 the error in the original deed and in the descrip
I tion in the mortgage was discovered and a corrective warranty deed
