his wife to Gary L. Merritt and Judith F. Merritt, his wife was
executed and recorded in O.R. Book 132 at page 456. This corrective ~
deed did designate that the description was to be of the easterly
' 110 feet of Lot 1, of Block 1, of WILLIAMS ADDITION, etc. This
i corrective dee~is to relinquish any iriterest and to designate
; the fact that Gary L. Merritt and Judith F. Merritt never claimed
~ any interest in the east 110 feet of Block 1 of WILLIAMS ADDITION.
