This Agreement made and entered into by and between
LANDMARK-FINANCIAL CORPORATION, as.Optionor, and HOYT C. MURPHY
and LEWIS E. WITT, as Optionees,

W I T N E S S E T H:
IN CONSIDERATION of the purchase of the following described
property from Hoyt C. Murphv and wife and Lewis E. Witt and wife. ~
by Optionor in accordance with the terms of an Agreement between
said parties entered into on or about March 15, 1974, said property
beinc3 situate in St. Lucie•County, Florid3 and being more fully

described, to-wit:
The West 10 acres of Government Lot 2, as set 1
out in Circuit Court Minute Book 46, Page 152
in Section 26, Township 34 South, Range 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida. ,
Optionees shall have the option to purchase the above
described property witfiin eighteen (18) months from the date of
execution of this option. If the option to purchase is exercised

in writing within the above period of time, this Agreement shall
~ require both parties to close this transaction at the offices of
~ the attorney for the Optionor within thirty {30) days from the
I
~ date of Notice of Exercise of the Option. All closing costs, including,
~
but not limited to title insurance shall be paid for by Optionees.
