petition for adoption of minor chi,ld by KEITH MITCHELL FOSTER.

heard testimony and argument of counsel, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Chester 8. Griffin, Esquire, of 124-A North 2nd Street,
Fort Pierce, Florida, is hereby appointed as attorney and guardian
ad litem of the minor child to be adopted, namely JAMES RUSSSLL

ROGERS.
2. Frank H. Fee, IZI, Esquire, of First Federal Building,

; natural father of the child to be adopted, namely JAMES RALPH

~ study of the adoptive father, REITA MITCHELL FOSTER; the child

; sought to be adopted, JAMES RUSSELL ROGERS; the natural mother

; of said child, LINDA JUNE FOSTER; and.the natural father of said
