said equitable lien being subject and inferior to all mortgages
of record.
3. There is now due, owinq and unpaid from the cross- ,
defendant Loretta E. Wagner to the intervenors Nicholas U. ~
• Waqner and Helen W. Wagner, his wife, the sum of $900, repre-
senting installments unpaid for the months of January through
September, 1975, as required by the aforesaid promissory note,
together with attorney's fees as provided in said note in the
amount or ~i35 and costs in tne amounz oi $4 io~ ~eri.i.€ieu
copies of documents admitted into evidence. .
4. This court retains jurisdiction of the subject
matter and parties to this cause for the entry of such other
and further orders as may be just and proper in the premises. ~
