This cause coming before the Court on the Court's Petition for

Enforcement and the petitioner's request for a Rule and the Court hav~ng heard

the parties, finds the defendant, THOMAS J. RHODES, in arrears in the amount
.

of #1,150.00 support, ~300.00 attorney's fees, and ~66.50 costs, and the Court
continued the issue of increase of support to a later date and upon the ~
i:
matters heard, and being fully advised, therein, thereupon, it is hereby
" CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. That THOMAS J. RHODES shall continue paying the ~15.00 per
week child support as ordered and in addition thereto, shall pay ~100.00 per
month toward the arrearage.

~ 2. That each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court ~
i ~
? and by him remitted promptly to MARY ANN RHODES. In addition there is her~by ~

~ assessed the sum of $1,00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made ~

check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court ~
