RESTRAINING ORDER
lhis cause came on to be hearc~ upon the sworn Petition of
the Wife for atemporary restraining order, restraining and enjoin-
ing the Husband from removing any jointly owned personal property
from the marital home and disposing of the same, and restraining
and enjoining the Husband from interfering with, molesting, harass-
ing or using physical violence on the Wife and minor child, and
the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, therefore
ORDERED as follows: -
l. That the Husband, Jeff Fussell, is hereby enjoined

from the marital home of the parties and disposing of the same

3. All and singular the sheriffs of the state of Florida
are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be necessary
-in insuring the Husband's compliance with this Order without further
