The Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Order of the Probate
Division of the Circuit Court of Dade County, Florida, dated the 13th day-of

dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants,
bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the
