Before me.on this day personally appeared C. H. McWILLIAMS, who,
after being duly sworn, made oath as follaws;
1. That he is presently a licensed attorney in the Stare of
Florida, and is presently in the active practice of lav at 2725 Ponce de
Leon Blvd., Coral Gables, Florida.
2. That he has been serving as attorney for Preston Cole, who
is the duly qualified and acting Administrator of the Estate of JESSIS MAS
COLE, AKA JESSIE MAE PARRISH COLE, Deceased, under Case No.•75-1930,.in the
Probate Division, Circuit Court, in and for Dade County, Florida.
3. That as such attorney, affiant makes oath that in handling the
' estate and examining the abstract to three parcels of land in St. Lucie C~
which was vwned by JESSIE MAE COLE, aka JESSIE MAE PARRISH COLE, and other
papers of the decedent, he has learned that JESSIE MAE COLE also went by the

MAE PARRISH COLE.
4. Therefore, Affiant makes oath that JESSIE MAE DAVIS, JESSIE
D. PARRISH, JESSIE D. COLE, JESSIE MAE PARRISH COLE and JESSIE MAE COLE
