Before me on this day personally appeared C. H. McWII.LIAMS, who,
after being duly sworn, made oath as follows:
1. That he is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida, and
is presently~engaged in the active practice of law, with offices at 2725
Ponce de Leon Blvd., Coral Gables, Florida.
2. That he has been serving as attorney for Preston Cole, who
is the duly qualified and acting Administrator of the Estate of JESSIE,MAE
COLE, aka JESSIE MAE PARRISH COLE, Deceased, under Case No. 75-1930, in
i the Probate Division, Circuit Court, in and for Dade County, Florida.
3. That as such attorney, he has seen many of the decedent's
personal papers, and therefore, he has certain knowledge that JESSIE MAE
PARRISH COLE and PRESTON COLE were continuously married from November 1,
1971, until March 5, 1974, when said JESSIE MAE PARRISA COLE died, without
interruption of divorce and remarriage.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
