4. This Court should appoint a Florida Ancillary Receiver
of Mobile Insurance Company for the purpose of liquidating the assets
of the insurer in Florida.
S. The respondent, Mobile Insurance Company,~ has among
its assets securities on deposit with the Treasurer of the State of
Florida in the approximate par value of $265,000.00. • ~
NOW, THERF.FORE, it is ORDF.RED and ADJUDGED t:at
the Department of Insurance of the State of Florida is
hereby appointed Ancil2ary Receiver of Mobile Insurance Company for
purposes of liquidation and is authorized and directed to: -
1. Take immediate possession of all the property, assets,
and estate, and all other property of every kind whatsoever and wherever
located in this State belonging to respondent pursuant to Sections
631.152, 631.131(2), F2orida Statutes, including but not limited to,
offices maintained by the respondent, rights of action, books, papers,
evidences of debt, bank accounts, certificates of deposit, stocks,
bonds, debentures and other securiti.es, mortgages, furniture, fixtures,
office supplies and all real property of the respondent, wherever
situate in Florida, and to hold all such assets pending further orders
of this Court.
t. Liquidate the assets of respondent located in F1c~rida,
including but not limited to, funds held by respondent's agents, sub-
ager.ts, p:-~du~ing agPnts, hrokers, solicitors, service representatives
or others under agency contracts or otherwise which are due and unpaid
to respondent, including unearned commissions, agents' balances, and
agents' reserve funds, subject to orders of the Court.
3. Employ, and authorize the compensation of, legal counse2,
accountants, clerks, and such assistants as it deems necessary', and
authorize the payment of the exoenses of these proceedings and the
necessary tncidents thereof, as approved by the Court, to be paid out
