hand, paid by Mortgagor to Mortgagees, receipt of which is hereby ;
acknowledged, it.is hereby agreed that the mortgage shall be
modified to cause the March 15, 1975 payment to be made on the
following basis: a payment of interest only in the amount of
$7,520.00 which payment was made on April 3, 1975, a payment
equivalent to one-third (1/3) of the principal due on M~arch 1S.
1975 to be made on August 15, 1975 and the balance of the principal
payment due on March 15, 1975 together with interest thereon to be
made on March 15, 1976.
That all terms, covenants and conditions in the original
notes and mortgages referred to herein which are not inconsistent
herewith, are expressly confirmed, ratified, and declared to be
in full force and effect.
That the provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon
all of the parties hereto, their heirs, personal representatives,
successors and assigns.
